The 3 main types of Services we offer are:

  • Contingency Recruiting

    On a  Contingency basis,  we are paid a one time fee that is a percentage of the candidate’s base salary. We are compensated by the client company and  paid only when we make the placement.
  • Retained Search

    On a Retained basis (for leadership and higher end searches) , we are hired exclusively by the client company, usually to place a key executive. This process is very rigorous and we work closely with the client for as long as it takes to find that “on the mark” candidate who will meet and exceed expectations. Payment for our services is in thirds: up front,  after sourcing, screening and presenting suitable candidates and finally when a candidate is hired.
  • Contract Recruiting

    We also work on a Contract basis. Here we utilize a team approach with a recruiter, an internal sourcer and a coordinator. We typically work on a contract basis when a company has multiple openings with similar job requirements. We’re contracted for a certain period of time (usually 3 months to 1 year) to find a certain number of candidates. We’re paid a negotiated hourly rate.
